Your role: Operational support for the Restaurant Manager
- Inspire and motivate a team of around 20 employees by assigning tasks, supervising their work, and providing ongoing training
- Create a positive working environment and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Make customer satisfaction a priority by ensuring fast, efficient, and friendly service
- Handle customer questions and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Take an active part in the restaurant’s daily operations: till, floor service, kitchen, orders, etc.
- Work alongside the Manager to organize and manage student employee shifts
Your profile
- Experience in hospitality and/or team management is a plus
- Dynamic, commercially minded, with excellent communication skills
- Well-organized and able to work under pressure, with the ability to quickly find solutions
- Punctual and flexible, with availability from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
