Your role
- Act as the operational back-up to the restaurant Manager
- Inspire and motivate a team of around 20 employees by assigning tasks, guiding work on the floor and providing ongoing training
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Put customer satisfaction at the heart of your priorities through fast, efficient and friendly service
- Handle customer questions and complaints with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Actively take part in the restaurant’s daily operations: till, dining room, kitchen, orders, etc.
- Manage student staff schedules together with the Manager
Your profile
- Experience in hospitality and/or team management is an asset
- Dynamic, results-driven, with excellent communication skills
- Well organised and able to handle stress, with the ability to find quick solutions
- Punctual and available Monday to Sunday between 7am and 9pm
