Your Role: Operational Leader of the Restaurant
- Inspire and motivate a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring task distribution, work supervision, and continuous training.
- Create a positive work atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and friendly service.
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Actively participate in restaurant operations: cash register, dining area, kitchen, orders, etc.
- Oversee the restaurant’s daily administrative management.
Your Profile
- Experience in the restaurant industry and/or team management is preferred.
- Dynamic and business-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized and stress-resistant, able to find quick solutions.
- Punctual and flexible, available from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
